Michael Leshinsky has an MBA from Providence College with a concentration in Finance – Portfolio Theory and Investment Analysis. He also has a certificate from Boston University in valuations, real estate financing, and underwriting. However his real knowledge comes from his work and personal experiences.
Michael has bought and sold numerous businesses over the years and has acquired a sizable real estate holding. He is on the board of directors of the Providence Apartment Association and
the treasurer for the nonprofit organization, Apeiron Institute.
Michael consults and advises businesses of all types and sizes, so the businesses can achieve optimal performance.

Leon Leshinsky has an M.A. in International Relations from Tel Aviv University in Israel and a B.A. in Business Administration and International Relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Recently, Leon has completed a finance certificate program in NYC based Baruch College, ran by top ranking Wall-Street professionals.
Leon has years of experience and passion for helping and consulting businesses in all stages. In the past, Leon worked as a consultant for Joint Distribution Committee, an American global organization, helping to develop a welfare project in Israel.
Later, Leon worked with a group of investors to bring an American self-served yogurt concept to the Israeli ice cream market. Leon spearheaded the project from developing the brand, creating the business strategy and raising the capital up to building and managing the first store.
Leon speaks three languages (English, Russian and Hebrew) and has a strong understanding of the financial and personal challenges each entrepreneur would face. Leon is excited to help businesses thrive.
Rita has over thirty years experience in finance and general management. Rita has diversified financial management experience including: general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll and collections. In these roles, she has created solutions to complex questions including pricing structure changes, contract negotiations, operational improvements, and sales performance measurements.
As a General Manager at a North American leader in coffee service, she was responsible for the management of annual sales, profit/loss results and day to day operation of the business. Rita is a proven producer who turned around troubled operations and improved business processes. She provided custom solutions to over 800 clients, including multiple national clients.
Kimberly Romano has a B.A. from The University of New Hampshire. She has worked in both the financial and real estate industries, and is now focused on commercial real estate.
She has worked for a prominent New England real estate developer and also a property tax firm. Kimberly has developed an expertise in real estate acquisitions, valuations, analysis, and taxes.
She enjoys business development analysis as well as expanding and applying her skills in different industries.
